STHLM Workshop at Civic Action Tales Fair

We Listen In will be holding a workshop for civil activists called “Resilient Activism: Effective Self-Care” at the first CAT Fair. The fair is a fusion of a networking event and a festival for independent civic society actors and organizations in Sweden. The goal is to establish an annual event for small organizations dedicated to advocating for collective well-being.

Please notice that this workshop is a bit different than our regular empowerment workshops as this workshop is for members who are civil activists as well as open to non-members, all genders are welcome.

As passionate civil activists, we dedicate ourselves to causes that matter deeply. But this commitment can come at a cost: activist burnout. We know how challenging it can be to sustain our energy and passion in the face of ongoing struggles. Join our collaborative workshop to learn how to sustain yourself long-term as a civil activist.

What to Expect:

  • Engage in discussions about the realities of activist burnout

  • Identify the signs of burnout and understand its impact on our activism

  • Learn effective self-care strategies and resilience-building techniques

  • Develop a personal action plan to maintain your well-being while making a difference

  • Connect with fellow activists to share experiences and support one another

Let’s take this opportunity to recharge, reconnect, and renew our commitment to the causes we care about—together.

Apply for the free workshop here, limited spots so grab a spot asap!
